At Sofa Club, we want you to love your new lounge experience. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return your furniture within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated Concierge Team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to log your return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the sofa is in its original condition and securely wrapped; our team will coordinate a convenient pickup time with our specialized furniture couriers.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your item arrives back at our distribution center, our technicians will perform a thorough inspection to verify the condition and process the return paperwork.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable collection fees.
